I met a guy at the Taste of the Narrows that wanted to know if you would welcome classic boats at any of the events? He has a boat from 1950...

Personal and HUGE THANK YOU to the KI Cruisers for the continued support to the KIVFD.
Has it been 16 years though? Time sure flies and it is nice to see a local club grow every year.
Someone mentioned boats. Maybe the cruisers could add a boat category but with limits like under 18 feet since they all be on trailers. I personally like the restored CrisCrafts from the 50's. Most had a 327 I/B (If I recall).
Again, thank you for continued support and best of luck for continued success. I hope to attend the 20th show in 2013!

16 years total for our show, we started it at Thompson Cree in front of Fred's Grapevine!
Now there's a name from the past!

Rain shortened us on the rain date, what a total bummer.

Hey Chevy,
Sorry to hear you had to be rained out on the rain date. I talked with my Dad who said you had a lower than usual turn-out too. Normally, he said, the parking lot be over filled.
Thanks again though for what you all do.

You're all very welcome. I wasn't involved a lot this year but I'll be back next year. It's fun when it works right, it's no fun at all in the rain with less than 1/3 of the turnout. I hope they at least covered their expenses. The only funny part of today was looking at someone's laptop inside the FD, she had the current weather radar on the screen, showing NOTHING while it poured on our show!
