What a week!!! Ravens in the Super Bowl!!! Greek Take Away food!!! and a Scallop Tasting!!! Does it get any better than this?
This is a special the week for all you foodies. Not only will we have Greek take away food at the market but we will have one of our resident chefs (We have 6 of them) Jeff Nace from Two Oceans True Foods (our fish guy) fixng scallops for a tasting at the market of their absolutely drop dead delicious scallops. The best I have every had.

I am so excited to introduce to you The Greek Corner With Foula Our Chefs are Foula and Tony Minadakis are Chef/ Owners of Jimmy's Seafood in Dundalk. Tony's father who started the restaurant passed away when he was 16, forcing him to mature and take responsibilities quickly. His passion for cooking is extremely strong and he is constantly experimenting in his kitchen. His food speaks for itself, using only the best ingredients available; that alone is half the battle.

"As many of you already know, my wife Camy and I had our second baby boy on January 14, 2013. His name is Tucker Norwood Cowee and he is wonderful. We are all happy and healthy at home but are looking forward to getting back to the market.
This week we will have over 20 varieties of bulk dried fettuccine, linguine, pappardelle, orzo, lasagna noodles, shapes and blends to choose from. Here is a list of a few flavors we will have this week...

Mark Stephenson of Clinger's Natural Nut Butters will be bringing all 9 flavors of butters; almond, cashew ,peanut, old bay peanut, cajun peanut, pecan, walnut, smoked almond, and pistachio. as well as raw and flavored nuts...We will also be offering super bowl football baskets with a pound of nuts for $12. Customer's can choose their nut variety.

We have a variety of olive mixes such as Greek country mix , orange flavored pitted kalamata , regular kalamata , and a cracked green with lemon. Try our 12 year barrel aged balsamic and our garlic infused oil.
Bayside Kettlecorn Kurt really is beholden to the weather so hopefully the temperature and precipitation cooperate this week.

Black Bottom Farms:Turkey: wings, smoked legs breast Pork: chops and sausage, Beef: ground, steak, roast and liver Veal: scallopini, cutlets and chops and her eggs.
This week Priapi Gardens will have: Arugula, Spinach, Red Fire lettuce, Romaine, Daikon, Red Radish, Sugared Honey, Mushrooms, Watermelon radish, tatsoi, and Asian pears. We’ll have tomatoes again about mid March.
This week Patisserie Patrice (Gluten Free)Pound cake, cupcakes, granola bars, granola, bread, baguette, muffins, individual quiche and cookies.
Triple J Farm will have Farm Fresh Eggs from pasture raised chickens. We will also have Whole Pasture Raised roaster/fryers, chicken wings, and chicken livers. We also bring cream line milk, yogurt and chocolate milk from Nice Farms Creamery.
