Yes, the majority of the chase was in Talbot County - Easton area. approx. 5:15p Friday I was driving E/SE on 50 heading towards Easton. As I passed Rabbit Hill Road, I observed a state trooper with what looked like an older green honda (Pa. tags) pulled over. The officer was at the driver's window and we saw her quickly run to her car. I assumed that she (the officer) had another call. Within seconds the green car cut in front of me, crossing 50 and headed westbound. I was told by others that the car turned back towards Easton just before 404. Here's our personal irony - --- We were en route to an event at Saints Peter & Paul Church in Easton. As we were walking into the church we heard several police sirens, turned around and the green car was flying into the church parking lot followed by several police vehicles. The car came around the drop-off circle just feet from 200+ people and headed back down the driveway. I say 200+ people because this was just before the event and a number of people were congregated outside with several more driving in and getting out of vehicles. The driver lost control of the vehicle several times, nearly colliding with other vehicles. I've been told that the driver ended up back on/near 50 by Matthewstown Road with a blown tire. He ditched the car and was quickly apprehended on foot near the Arby's.
