These are the people the citizens of Queen Anne's County elected to the school board. This is a prime example of why it's important not only to vote but to do your home work before you vote.

What have they really done that's so wrong? It sounds like sour grapes from the well connected to me.

I personally don't have any children but I watched 2 of the board of ed meetings on QACTV. I was pretty appalled by the whole thing. A lot of people stood up for this superintendent and to see these three new board members have no explanation or plan is very disheartening. These are apparently new board members and the president didn't even know how to run the meeting. If I can find the links to these episodes I will post as I believe it is important everybody watches. From my understanding it will cost an insane 30K for the hiring process alone of a new superintendent. I was always under the impression if it ain't broke don't break it. When I moved here 6 years ago I was amazed by the amount of children in qac and parents attest that to the great school systems here. I could understand changing directions if you had someone better in mind or a reason that you could voice publicly. I just really don't understand the motive and it seems pretty obvious that this woman was well liked and a great fit.
