If you are convinced that a bowling alley or movie thatre would be a good business ventture, go for it. Invest your money, borrow more, and take the risk of loss. None of the companies tthat are expert in building and running either type of facility is willing to do so, but you must be smarter than them right?
There is nothing to prevent anyone from opening up either type of business.

I just said that because that's what the all the people holler anytime something like this comes up and I find it ridiculous. I can assure you, I'm the last guy that would suggest someone should let it to a popular vote as to what to do with their property. I'm a property rights guy from way back.
