The 7,623 square-foot restaurant boasts a seating capacity of 274 and features a sophisticated dining room, outdoor café with fireplace and glass-enclosed brewing room. The spacious bar area will offer plenty of seating as well as numerous televisions and daily drink and food specials.

Menu items include favorites such as Gordon Biersch Garlic Fries™, Spicy Ahi Spring Rolls, Flame Grilled New York Steak, Goat Cheese Ravioli, Märzen BBQ Ribs, Cedar Plank Pecan Crusted Salmon and Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry. All entrees are designed to compliment the signature lager beer which has been recognized at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup Competition. The restaurant will offer five freshly brewed Signature Gordon Biersch lagers on tap, and one seasonal option: Golden Export, Hefeweizen, Czech Lager, Märzen and Schwarzbier.
Gordon Biersch is internationally acclaimed for its authentic German lagers, all brewed according to Germany’s 500-year-old purity law Reinheitsgebot (Rine-HEIGHT-ska-boat). Brewers handcraft the lagers on-site in stainless steel brewing tanks showcased behind glass windows.
The Gordon Biersch brand offers an eclectic, urbane décor that distinguishes itself from other brewery restaurant concepts. At the core of the company’s philosophy is a passion to produce and deliver the highest-quality and freshest products. On-site brewing and fresh, made-from-scratch menu items illustrate the company’s dedication to this principle. Gordon Biersch restaurants promote a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, where attentive and friendly service compliments the fresh food and beer. Since the first opening in Palo Alto in 1988, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc. has opened brewery restaurants in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia, with three in the Washington, DC metro area - downtown DC, Tysons Corner Center (McLean, VA) and, last year, in Rockville, MD.
