Someone voted for Red Zone?
Seriously? I ordered one time and I asked the girl if they made their own dough she said "uhm..uhh.. yes" I got a pizza.. it was clearly premade.. perfect circle, ridges on the bottom, no bubbles and paper thin.

My husband. ditto funnel, nothing better than making it yourself (i even make my grandma's dough from scratch...) but when i can't and need something on the run, it's Ledo's lately (Carini's pulls a close second, but their repeats...BUT I DO, SO DO LOVE THEIR GARLIC KNOTS, i don't eat their marinara sauce, i only eat my father's red sauce, and he makes it religiously for me to bring back to KI and DC...oh wow, we've got the last of the basil growing and i'm up here in PA for the series...dipping my true soft pretzels in dad's sauce, real hoagies & great/real philly cheesesteaks, along w/sausage/peppers & onions...great steaks and seafood, ribs...tailgate-ing at it's finest, philly style/south phill/philly suburbs style...we've all got class here in PA and know how to do it right..., let's hope they pull it off tonight to go 7... we've been great hosts here to NY, but some bad calls and well, oh well, but i believe we'll pull it off tonight!

Nothing better than a good NY style pizza. The kind you have to fold in half and all the grease drips down your arm. The closest to that is Squisitos!

I've been serving on the Awards Committee for the Bay Area Association of Realtors. All of us on the committee are assigned markets for donations for our awards banquet and all proceeds go to CASA. I was given the task of among other businesses, Pizza shops. I gotta say - what a charitable group they are. Most places like Domino's, Pizza Hut, Ledo's etc. offered several donations. I was a bit taken back when I spoke with the manager of Carini's. He declined and asked if my brokerage was going to donate a house. The call ended. They will never get my business again. By the way - the donations go to new folks moving into the area - what a better way to promote your business!

La Fontana is closet to NY Pizza...I dare u to compare....like Classic Pizza...cheese and sauce good but crust is lacking taste...a little salt might help....Squisito is close but La Fontana is better.....no ads...just a local.
