I've seen the lights over the bay in a kind if triangular formation a few times. It was eerie because they didn't move around, almost just floated there.
When I was a little kid, someone told me a story about a little girl on a tricycle that would ride back and forth over the Kent Narrows draw bridge...but I haven't heard anything about that since.
I have also personally experienced a dark, shadow-like figure that was in human form, wearing a brimmed hat. He/it had red eyes and visited my grandfather at out home in Harbor View (knocked on the door, wanting to be let in). Our dog freaked out and when the man/thing realized that my grandfather wouldn't open the door, he glided, not walked, off of the steps, through our yard, across the street and through the fence into 50. I saw him again in my adulthood when I was living down rt 8 (maybe I'm just haunted, lol). He seems to be a malicious force, possible a djinn??
I would love to hear more people's stories about ghosts and happenings on the island!!

I tell my kids that the government is spying on us, or that they are UFO's from another planet. They are there probably about 3 nights a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Someone has to know what they are.
