Yeah, something definitely isn't adding up here.

He either jumped and committed suicide like someone reported he had threatened to do or he fell out. I guess the autopsy can tell by his injuries whether it was intentional or not.

According to the reports, he had jumped into the bed of the truck in the midst of a "domestic incident" and the girlfriend continued to drive until somehow lost his balance and/or he fell out. Even weirder, there was a rumor earlier today that I heard on the Anita Marks and Scott Garceau radio program that Henry had been stabbed, but I'm not so sure that that has any substance to it.

I was involved in a discussion regarding this incident (which I find odd, because normally I just don't even bother) that centered around the criminal charges that might be filed against the girlfriend. Now...here's my take on it....she was trying to get away from him...he voluntarily jumped into the bed of a pickup truck (which is not legal for carrying passengers) that he could clearly see was moving and she tried to get him off the truck. He fell...broke/hit something..then died.
Now, I do not see any criminal intent on her part. I promise you, if some idiot jumps into my truck when I am trying to get away from him, the BEST he can hope I do is try to shake him off. I don't think even manslaughter should be a consideration because she caused him to fall.....people fall out of vehicles all the time and don't die. The fact is, he did something stupid and got killed. Until I see evidence proving otherwise, that's my stand on it.
