Instead of giving chocolates or candy, why not consider adopting one of these sweet kitties from Chesapeake Cats and Dogs? Snicker (short for Snickerdoodle) is a complete love-bug. Without moments of meeting you, he'll be begging for attention. Nothing makes this cat happier than being picked up and cuddled! Licorice is a long-haired older kitten who has very sweet green eyes. He loves sitting in laps, purring, and looking up at you with his beautiful eyes. Jellybean was once feral, so she's a little bit shy. Once she warms up to you, though, she loves to sit on your lap and purr away. All three of these cats get along well with other cats. And though these are the only three at Chesapeake Cats and Dogs that have sweet names, there are many other cats and kittens there that are very sweet and deserving of a good home. And nothing is sweeter than friendship: Tuffy and Chester, featured in this month's newsletter, are as physically different as you can get (Chester's the big buff one and Tuffy's the small grey one), but they know the true meaning of friendship! These two really need to be adopted together. Both of them are a little shy, but together they can be brave.
