Can anyone recommend a DJ for a large wedding? He must be able to address the best man toast, first dance, etc., and announce tables for the buffet?
We really need SOLID recommendations and someone who can do an outstanding job.
Thanks!

Perhaps the Illustrious Rich Fisher would know of someone in that particular vocation. You might want to send him a message through the boards here and see what he knows I don't know anyone myself...I just rat out friends that might lol.

This link is for Al Wysong, the guy that owns The Big Owl in Kent Narrows. I've been to a large private party that he DJ'd, he was good and very engaging with the crowd. I have heard others say similar things about him. I've been to Big Owls where he does the owner/sunset show/dj thing on Friday nights on a couple of occasions. Give him a call, check references from past users, and you might see if there is any video out there of an event he has done to see if he's a good fit. www.djalwysong.com/

We do tons and tons of weddings with all the favors and chocolate fountains, and the best local DJ I've seen is Steve Moody and you can find him at www.stevemoody.com. The charisma and enthusiasm be brings to each event is outstanding, and at one event when he did the intro for the father/daughter dance, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. The equipment is great, he's really savvy with song choices with a mix of contemporary and classics (on top of your requests), and you just can't beat the personality and professionalism he brings to the fold. Can't recommend him highly enough.
