I just wanted to say we had a great experience at Rams Head. The waitress Jessica was so helpful, fast and friendly. It was the first time on the restaurant side for us, the food was great, we will definitely go back.

We ended up at Ram's Head/Verna's Sunday morning. Good food, good service. I guess it will be our new Sunday morning breakfast.

I need to start going back there. We kinda got burned out when they opened. We were there maybe twice a week for a long time.

Aha! Homemade strawberry jam.. I had forgotten about that.. Verna used to always have it years ago when it was the Island Inn...
I used to go to the old Island Inn years ago when Sonny and Verna had it.. liked to sit in the old dining area down in the pit by the fireplace..
Best regards, BC

Breakfast is awesome... can't go wrong with the Eggs Thomas. I stopped in for happy hour on Wednesday to work on my beer club list a little and the roast beef they were serving for happy hour fare was great.

I agree! We just moved back to Maryland after a 8 year stint in Florida. You can't beat the happy hour free food and my breakfast was very good.
