We had quite a feast Sunday, in honor of Memorial Day, and I wound up with about 2 lbs. of leftover steamed shrimp. Now I'm sitting here scratching my head wondering what to do with them.
I'm thinking of making a home made Marinara sauce and sauteing the chopped up shrimp in it, add some caramelized onion, and then using the mixture as a filling for crepes. Does anyone have any other ideas of what I can do with all of these left over critters?

Oh yeah shrimp salad or scampi make angel hair pasta with lil white wine and garlic toss shrimp over the drained pasta to warm them before serving coz you already have them cooked, serve with french bread and salad ENJOY
