Anyone been to this place? They took over the spot where Brique and Julia's was right in the square.
From what I have seen online it looks like only the name has really changed. I wish someone would just turn it into a pub, similar to Washington St Pub in Easton. Burgers, fish & chips, that sort of thing.
I passes by there Saturday night at 8pm and there were a grand total of two tables occupied. Wow! I really hope they succeed somehow

It's not too bad, but the menu is too foo-foo.. and the few items I have tried were nothing to order again.. But, I do like the decor. Has a nice comfortable feel.
Probably would be good to just have good pub food.

This is exactly what I was thinking BC. They have a "bar & grille" name but have "Julia's" food. When I hear bar & grille I think nachos, wings, beer. I really would have prefered more pub-like food and specials. I think it would have a better chance of succeeding if they want to that model. It has worked well for Doc's and Good Guy's It's not too bad, but the menu is too foo-foo.. and the few items I have tried were nothing to order again.. But, I do like the decor. Has a nice comfortable feel. Probably would be good to just have good pub food. ??

I have to agree. When they openend, I posted something on their Facebook page asking about Happy Hour specials, and they posted a notice for their wine-pairing, four course dinner.

I don't expect them to be there much longer - I never see anyone in there. We went one time - food was good - but we were expecting casual or pub food, and it was, as bluecrabber said, too foo-foo and expensive for a weekly dinner out. Foo-foo wont work in c-ville right now, take it down several notches.
