I have a ring that has diamonds on the band and one of those small diamonds fell out. Can anyone suggest a reputable jewelry store that would repair the ring?

I have used Paula's Fine Jewelry in Chester numerous times. I trust her completely with my jewelry...

Well, I used TNT once...for watch repair....found out they shipped over to Arnold.....and after a week of waiting - the watch worked for a week then died.....that's been my experience with any jewelry work I needed done. Just sayin'.

Thanks Really and SG68. I will keep that in mind. Kinda looking for a place that does repair on premises....don't want to take the chance that the ring is lost in transit somewhere; more sentimental value than anything else.

We use Paula's and I have always been pleased with the quality, price, and speed. I haven't used any of the others, so I can't comment on them.

We've had work done at Paula's. They do the work on the premises, do a good job, and reasonably priced. Nice people also.

I've also used TNT - just recently & prior. IMHO.. I prefer them over Paula's mainly because when I walked into Paulas I felt like I wasn't welcomed and it almost seemed a bother that I was ONLY looking for a ring guard for my daughters ring. I know they come highly recommended... I won't take that away, this is just my opinion & my experience.
I just recently went into TNT for a watch battery and they were upfront with me that if I wanted it to be water resistant again (because it was) that he would have to send it to his watch guy & I would be looking at 2 weeks, so I appreciate their upfrontness about that... however, not such a big deal so they replaced it onsite - $6 plus tax and they cleaned it up nicely as well!

WOW Shorti me too but I kept quiet coz so many on here like her I asked for a grad gift less than $100.00 she was not tooo interested in helping me and if I feel not welcomed Im outta there never went back. The men at TNT were always upfront with us also no matter how much we could spend.

I hear people rave about Paula's so I won't take anything away from them - but when I went in that one time & felt like I was a bother to them, it just rubbed me the wrong way. I know lots of people who go to them & would ONLY go to them - not saying they are wrong... just I don't feel the same...

Speedergurl,
Sorry to hear about your experience with your watch. I warrant all of my watch repair so if you bring it back to me I will certainly stand by our work. You are correct that we do use a certified watch maker in Arnold for watch repair only. He is able to get genuine and generic parts for all watch brands including high end swiss brands. Of course I am more than happy to replace watch batteries while your wait for a modest 6 dollars if the timepiece will allow a simple change.
Thanks to all of our friends who continue to recommended us!
Jason @ TNT
