Went there for the 1st time last night, had dinner on the patio. It was great and we'll be back.
We both had burgers, (a treat since we're dropping pounds). Didn't do any beers but a return trip is planned.

Is Ryan still the bartender there? He used to work at The tiki hut @ Hemingways (He made the best mojitos!) - left H'ways went to GB....that was the last place I saw him. No...I am not stalking mojito making bartenders! I agree! The food at GB is reallly good and the staff has never failed to not fail at great service. Glad you enjoyed your evening there

Ryan was still at GB the last time we were there. Great bartender though I don't order mojitos.
Great food, great service, and great beer. Really like the place. And a nice place to wait out traffic on Thursday and Friday.
Give Paladar a try too. This is the place just across the street from GB.

My experience was just the opposite there. I went there around the Christmas holidays and not only was the service horrible, but the food was too. Granted, it was busy, so I will give them a little bit of a break there. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had burgers, beer and some other foods. The kids had pizza which looked like Ellio's (read frozen crap) and tasted like it had metal in it as if the sauce came out of an old opened metal can. I was not impressed at all with the burger. The beer was ok though.
I am happy to hear our experience may just have been bad.

I really like their "Marzen" beer and the food has always been decent to good, but it does have that sterile chain-bar/restaurant feel to it like all of the places in the Town Center. That TGI Ruby Brio Chang's feel...

GB always had a killer burger! Although the garlic fries would hang around for two days!

A question about parking for those of you that go to the Annapolis Towne Center regularly...do you have a preference of which lot is best to park in?

A question about parking for those of you that go to the Annapolis Towne Center regularly...do you have a preference of which lot is best to park in? Depends where you want to go. GB has a lot behind their building. Never very full. You can park fairly close to the restaurant. At the other end there is a covered lot across from Whole Foods and another behind Target. Neither is ever very full. People go round and round trying to find a spot on the street. Doesn't make sense. Both garages are very close to everything and they're covered.

I went there tonight with friends and it was very good. I tried the Marzen beer and had a garlic flat and both were very good. They have a new customer. Has anyone been to Union Jacks English Pub/Restaurant just outside of the Town Center? I've heard it advertised but don't know anyone who has been there.
