Two wars, the first stimulus package, and tax cuts for the rich are a good place to start if you're looking for the cause. All belong to the Shrub. ;-) Are you serious? Tabloid talking points? When you can cite which one of George Bush's policies caused Obama to go 17T in debt get back to me. Hint: It was the sub-prime mortgage crisis that sank our economy. Why don't you find out who had oversight of Fannie and Freddie (Dodd/Frank), who were the CEO's that cooked the books (Raines/Gerrelic/Johnson), all democrats by the way and who started the run on Indymac Bank (Schumer), the second largest in history. Obama inherited a mess caused by his own party and chose to bankrupt us trying to buy his way out of it. While this is certainly a total waste of time, let's compare the two. National debt. Bush 2001 takes office to a $5.9 trillion dollar debt 2008 leaves office o a $12.3 trillion dollar debt Obama 2008 takes office to a $12.3 trillion dollar debt Current debt $16.3 trillion dollar debt Bush - $6.4 trillion increase Obama - $4.1 trillion dollar increase And the Redskins STILL need a name change.

Bush 8 years and 9/11/2001 to contend with Obama 5 years and 3 more to go. Debt is still climbing. debt per year, according to your own figures: Bush 800 Billion/Obama 820 Billion

Foiled again huh?
I suppose your forgot that Bush's wars didn't end the day he stepped out of the White House. Those dollars belong to Bush too.
Meanwhile, employment has been going UP under Obama, the Stock Market is in RECORD territory, corporate profits are through the roof. All indicators of a healthy economy have been riseing since Obama took office. Of course Fox won't tell you that.

Your numbers are incorrect and incomplete. Bush’s debt was 4.9T over 8 years and Obama’s was 5.3T after only 3 years. Obama’s debt, according to current budget analysis will break 20T by 2016. You also left out the fact that during Bush the % of GDP was around 70. It’s now more than 100%. This information came from government websites. You still didn’t answer my question! Hail to the Redskins! Hail Victory! Braves on the Warpath! Fight for old D.C.! Run or pass and score -- we want a lot more! Beat 'em, Swamp 'em, Touchdown! -- Let the points soar! Fight on, fight on 'Til you have won Sons of Wash-ing-ton. Rah!, Rah!, Rah! Hail to the Redskins! Hail Victory! Braves on the Warpath! Fight for old D.C.! Wow that’s really demeaning!

All indicators of a healthy economy have been riseing since Obama took office. Of course Fox won't tell you that. No FOX will tell you the stock market is up because the fed is pumping 83 billion a month into it (more debt). That’s artificial and subject to causing a crash. Not to mention that Obamacare hasn’t kicked in yet and won’t because Obama keeps delaying the inevitable until after the 2016 election cycle. Unconstitutionally I might add. We have a high jobless rate and a sluggish job growth so tell me just who is benefitting from the 40% increase in corporate profits? You’re pretty good at making things up. The labor participation rate is at a 35 year low. That’s 91.8 million not working. The unemployment rate does not account jobs lost or people who stopped looking. Unemployment for black males between 18 & 29 is 20.9%. Brilliant economy! I assume you will just change the subject again with some more cut and paste talking point fantasy’s.

We don’t have a constitutional right to not be offended. I could name a lot of things that offend me. In this world of political correctness we could sue ourselves into oblivion and over what? In all of these cases who really gets compensated? The lawyers! Before lawyers told us we could get compensated for having our feelings hurt nobody really cared. The intent of the team name in this case was not meant to demean but to represent a fighter or a warrior. Why would you name a team as something derogatory?

My heritage is Cherokee and Scottish and I have a southern accent I can't seem to overcome - - - I am not offended by the Redskins or Lucky Charms (although I do realize that is an Irish character) or Scott's Lawn Care Products or Scrooge McDuck or The Beverly Hillbillies or The Dukes of Hazzard or any of the McDonald's product line or Scotch Brand Tape or Indian motorcycles or tartan pattern underwear or any of that silliness. People who keep saying "it's offensive" have nothing better to think about than themselves and their egos are outrageously out of control. It's. Not. About. You. (or me or any of those things) I can absolutely guarantee one thing for certain -- if you WANT to get offended you will ALWAYS be able to. Get over it and try to do something that will actually MATTER. White Man's guilt is becoming trite.
