The Bay Times is the weekly local Kent Island paper. They rarely, if ever, print anything about the lawsuits against Gary Hofmann. When they ran the article on the consent decree, they used a picture of Jim Moran a county commissioner? What was that all about? They never printed a word about the EEOC determination letter from when they investigated that particular lawsuit. They had a deputy who was charged with stealing time and benefits on the front page, never a word about how the case was dismissed with prejudice or anything. That young man is now working for Talbot county. Its amazing the the things that get printed and the things that never see the light of day. There needs to be a correction here. The young deputy who was charged with "stealing overtime" is not working for Talbot County. He has been working for me ever since I found out about his predicament. He has tried to find work in other counties in law enforcement but the Sheriff's office has yet to expunge his record. Because of that, I know, for a fact, he has lost four opportunities for employment! Correct you are Bill999s. Thank you for that. What has been Sheriff Hofmann's delay in getting this young man's record corrected?
