Hi all, I have a small British sports-car (1978 Triumph Spitfire - 12' long, 5' wide, almost 4' high) that needs a space to winter this year. It’s a tiny thing and doesn’t take up much space. I live in Bay City on KI and would prefer a location reasonably close by.
Ideal - Access every 3-4 weeks Nov 2014 through March 2015
The car would be covered, on a rubber car mat (she doesn’t leak but just-in-case), probably on axle stands for some of the time and engine started / run for 10-15 minutes every 3 to 4 weeks. Non-noisy tinkering on occasional weekends - bodywork, electrical etc. Willing to pay for any electricity used or agree flat rate included in rental. My tools would not be stored onsite.
Alternate - No Access, fully winterized storage Nov 2014 through March 2015
The car would be covered, on a rubber car mat (she doesn’t leak but just-in-case), on axle stands. I would deliver during November, fully winterize onsite (2 hours work) and return to remove the car by the end of March 2015.
Terms:
Happy to agree a monthly rental payable monthly in advance or in two equal payments, 50% in advance, 50% January 15th, 2015.
