Which is a better phone? Age old question, but I have to pick one for my employees to have. My main concerns are durability, battery life, and user friendliness. What do you think?

iPhone for ease of use. Apple spends more time trying to maintain a common user interface. Not as flexible as Android but that's what makes it easier to use.
Don't know about battery life or durability but I've been happy with my iPhone.

I have both an iPhone and a Samsung Galaxy phone and I prefer the iPhone. Keyboard works more accurately and the battery lasts longer. The plus with the Samsung is that it has a better camera and a bit more storage on the device. If you use the cloud, it doesn't matter.
