I have been struggling to contact abb this included trying to get new installation which took more than 3 weeks and got absolutely no contact from abb. now I have a billing issue as they charged me for the wrong service and other charges which I was able at that point to contact them and I was told the issue was fixed and my bill changed. Now I'm getting bills to include extra charges, phone calls (automated) that only give me the option to pay over the phone. The online chat does not connect, no response to any email and I have been on hold every day until I get a message that the call can not be completed. Does anyone have any magic number to get any contact? for a communications company to not have any way to communicate is not a good thing. Any help or advise would be great.

use Messenger on Facebook -- they respond quickly that way
