I've always thought one of the most interesting differences between men and women is how they resolve conflicts... You guys are a perfect example - say it - disagree - agree - move on - have beer - next topic... And please, don't read between the lines - It's a Compliment!!! and people wonder why I have mostly guy friends... (ohh soo less complicated)!!! LOL

I really don't see it being much more then what we have other then the 24 hour deal. I thought the urgent care by the firehouse was run by Johns Hopkins? Remedy Express has been here for quite awhile doing this. It is different in that they will have full diagnostic services provided around the clock and will have real time links to UMD Shock Trauma. It will also have helicopter landing pad for flights to shock trauma. It is no different than the ER at AAMC or Easton. Any patient walking through the door (or dropped off) with ANY kind of emergency will be treated. EMS/Ambulance have to follow state protocols regarding where they take patients.
