The other problem is speaking out can be interpreted as "having an attitude" when someone just doesnt want to hear it..People sometimes cant handle the truth....It can be a sticky situation, if you are a minority or a woman or a young person... You absolutely hit the nail on the head! You get the "Hammer Award"!!!! ;D Sadly, this statement also applies in several other areas.....

falgar25.....If the Judge chastised the cop for writing a five over the limit ticket, it proves it's a bull crap ticket.........The world is the way it is because of the people in it. Few are leaders with integrity, and many are sheep lacking courage. Most sheep do what's good for them...Example: It was better for German soldier to kill the Jew than to be sent to the Russian front. It's better for the State Police to violate your rights that to loose his take home car, or be transferred to Garrett County. Don't play ball with cross dresser J.Edgar Hoover, and the FBI would transfer the agent to another State disrupting his family. Thank God George Washington, and the men at valley Forge weren't sheep following King George.

Invisible User.............Are you saying that you have information that Judges are punishing citizens for merely having a bad attitude? If so, is this the kind of person you want on the bench? A judge should deal with evidence, and the rule of law. Good job Pete, reading things that aren't there again. I wrote what I meant, and meant what I wrote. We taxpayers do own it, we don't run it. We own the roads, the other gov't buildings, and the white house, that doesn't mean we get to do as we please in them. Respect, that's about all.

Well over 2,000 citizens have read the information, and were anxious to see the outcome of the court case which was scheduled for 10/07/09.Who says? A visiting Judge John Nunn was brought in to replace sitting Judge Atkins to lessen the cries of injustice by the citizens. And you know this how? The trial date was changed to 10/05/09 to insure that the Trooper Bath would not be in court to testify. And you got this information how? By not notifying the police or witnesses of trial dates is a tactic used in Q.A. County to circumvent the law. Please provide a case number from the court and a statement from the Queen Anne's County State's Attorney to verify this Deputy States Attorney McDonald is a former Talbot Co. Ass. States Attorney with the connections to make my predictions happen. Please provides us with the name of the person Mr McDonald contacted to make this happen and when it took place. Finally, Judge Bell has nothing to do with Judge Nunn or the Talbot County State's Attorney, nor does the State Prosecutors Office. The one's who have a say in the State's Attorney's in Talbot and Queen Anne's and all Maryland County's are the voters. I predict that no action will be taken based on your letter. By no means am I an expert on these things but officers that I know and my own personal attorney all agree that Judge Bell has zero say in this matter. Nave a nice day!

Dee Lightful.......Be advised that the complaint has been forwarded by Chief Judge Robert M. Bell to the District Court Chief Judge, the Honorable Ben C. Clyburn as stated to me by mail 10/14/09.......The rest of your questions are basically none of your business. Also, there is an active complaint in the hands of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland relative to this matter.........I'm from the old school my friend, I will not give up my informants to you, or anyone else.

Well, I guess it's that there are so many other cases which have been tossed out some of which people actually got hurt in, and yet you focus on this. A speeding ticket. Now I'll be the first to admit a speeding ticket is issued to a law breaker, but he was not doing 125mph in a school zone or somthing like that. Prehaph you mightwant to focus on somthing which had a bigger impact like the case this summer where a Comm fisherman was paying off a check station for 3 years totaling $3,500,000.00 of poached Rockfish. So I guess I don't buy it because it's such a small issue (speeding or parking ticket) and such a big responce. They don't match. Just my .2 cents On the other hand,,, am I missing somthing?

I'm new to this forum and found this posting and caught my eye. I can see right and wrong in all of the postings. I hate to see it when a police officer uses a turning lane to pass cars waiting in traffic when he has no lights and siren going. What gives hiom the right? Also seeing police officers watch someone else run a red light and do nothing. I have been in court once in Baltimore for a speeding ticket on the beltway. It was my first and only offence the judge gave me a probation and was told if I didn't get caught speeding for nine months the points would not appear on my licence. I had to pay a $200.00 fine. I also witnessed other people getting the tickets dropped for no apperance by the officer and that pissed me off because they paid no fine. The question is did the officer not show because he was someone of importance? Will we ever know? One thing is for sure there is alot of coruption not only in our court system but in our political system as well and we as americans need to band togather and make it justice for ALL! I repaeat ALL!

Pete Judging by the passivity here and mis directed anger at some, I have doubts whether or not George would have stopped the British if he were alive today. Its patriotic to dissent, protest and question and challenge the system....But it sounds like some dont agree with that.

Stephadele, You are 100 % correct! The founding fathers would not survive a week in modern day America. There hearts and minds where too pure to live with the day to day misjustice of the world. I think they would do as the Redskins will and completly rebuild from the ground up. Our society is stuck. Why can't a man get custody of his kids as well as a mother? why is the people with all the money deciding what is best for everyone in the country. the system needs to be revamped and it will take a major downfall before we will see it happen. That's my prediction!

Oh, I dont think they were all that pure....they just looked at the country differently and were far more proactive about making changes. And not so worried about what other people would think. Even thou Washington and Jefferson and Adams were among the richest men at that time, their attitude was different than today. They believed they had an obligation to build this country and support others less fortunate than themselves..feeding, clothing, educating, helping them build businesses.. Many people would be shocked at how "socialist" it sounds today. But go to Mount Vernon and read Washington's letters and thats pretty much what he say. One line particularly amused me: "We have an obligation to be the world's breadbasket and supply food and materials to the needy"...Washington
I do agree with you its gonna take a revolution to wake people up. The beaurocracy and the politics are major stumbling blocks that need total revamping.

Those who have pounds of loaves can spare some lest it go to waste and rot... They can also give away seeds to help others grow their own wheat for bread.. So when its their turn they can return the favor. Keeps that basket filled that way.

So when its their turn they can return the favor. Keeps that basket filled that way. As more and more take from those with bread, the supply dwindles and soon disappears. If the ones receiving the seeds are too lazy to plant them, wheat won't grow and the bread supply disappears And when their turn comes to return the favor, but they are unable to do so because their only interest is taking the bread, the bread supply will disappear. Soon the bread owners will only have enough bread for their family and none to share - then what?

Those who have pounds of loaves can spare some lest it go to waste and rot... Apply that to money, and you have Obama's "Share the wealth" plan..... sorry for the hijack. Just for you, bchevy; OLD VERSION: The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away. Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed. The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold. MORAL OF THE STORY: Be responsible for yourself! ------------------------------------------- MODERN VERSION: The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away. Come winter, the shiver ing grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving. CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. America is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so? Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper, and everybody cries when they sing, 'It's Not Easy Being Green.' Jesse Jackson stages a demonstration in front of the ant's house where the news stations film the group singing, 'We shall overcome.' Jesse then has the group kneel down to pray to God for the grasshopper's sake. Nancy Pelosi & John Kerry exclaim in an interview with Larry King that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share. Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity &Anti-Grasshopper Act retroactive to the beginning of the summer. The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs and, having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the government. Hillary gets her old law firm to represent the grasshopper in a defamation suit against the ant, and the case is tried before a panel of federal judges that Bill Clinton appointed from a list of single-parent welfare recipients. The ant loses the case. The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing up the last bits of the ant's food while the government house he is in, which just happens to be the ant's old house, crumbles around him because he doesn't maintain it. The ant has disappeared in the snow. The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the once peaceful neighborhood. *MORAL OF THE STORY: Be careful how you vote, you just may get the "change" you voted for*
