We had quite a feast Sunday, in honor of Memorial Day, and I wound up with about 2 lbs. of leftover steamed shrimp. Now I'm sitting here scratching my head wondering what to do with them.
I'm thinking of making a home made Marinara sauce and sauteing the chopped up shrimp in it, add some caramelized onion, and then using the mixture as a filling for crepes. Does anyone have any other ideas of what I can do with all of these left over critters?

Give 'em to me! I'll take them off ur hands! ;D
Anyway, they're quite good cold. What about a shrimp cocktail? Or, ever had a lobster roll? You can do the same with shrimp. Or heat them back up.
Or make shrimp salad.

Or maybe a fettuccine alfredo. The seasoning on the shrimp will give the alfredo an eastern shore flavoring. We make it quite often - delicious!

throw a couple of good steaks on the grill, load up the steamed shrimp on the skewers with a few choice veggies and Surf n Turf all the way to a happy belly!
