I made a small oven roaster for Xmas and I used my g.mothers recipe for chicken corn soup will freeze it when its done and use later this month. use large pot, add 4 cans of Campbells chicken broth, some water, when it gets hot add 1 bag of extra wide noodles stir so they cook and dont stick together, 20 mins later add fresh parsley,lil pepper, the left over chicken or turkey cut up, 3 cans of corn drained, then about hour or 2 later I added some sliced hard boiled eggs, let it simmer, stir when ever. Hubby enjoys it with saltines.... to keep it rich add more broth not water. ENJOY
