Why isn't Fox covering this? If this was Acorn they would be... More problematic GOP voter forms are found in Florida Strategic Allied is run by an Arizona-based consultant and Republican Party activist named Nathan Sproul, who has been dogged by charges in the past that his employees destroyed Democratic registration forms. No charges were ever filed. But his reputation is such that Sproul said RNC officials requested that he set up a new firm so the party would not be publicly linked to the past allegations. The firm was set up at a Virginia address, and Sproul does not show up on the corporate paperwork. articles.latimes.com/2012/sep/28/nation/la-na-voter-registration-20120929Voter registration fraud claims singe GOP The Los Angeles Times reported that the RNC urged the state GOP in seven swing states to hire the firm, despite the fact that the man who runs it, Nathan Sproul, has been accused of running firms that have destroyed Democratic registrations. Sproul told the newspaper that RNC officials asked him to set up a new firm, Strategic Allied Consulting, so that his efforts would not be linked to those allegations. The RNC has reportedly paid the firm at least $3.1 million via state parties. Sproul blamed the suspicious forms on a single employee in Palm Beach County. But Florida election officials tell CBS News they have found a "couple hundred" voter registrations in eight Florida counties with "irregularities" that deserve further scrutiny. They are currently reviewing the registrations and if they find them to be "legally significant" they will turn them over to law enforcement. This could happen by the end of the day. www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57522694/voter-registration-fraud-claims-singe-gop/

I guess democrats aren't in agreement with the founding principles of this country, such as "innocent until proven guilty"
He is "dogged by accusations" but "charges were NEVER filed".
Not only has he never been convicted of voter fraud, he has never even been charged with a crime.

You do know that ACORN was found innocent on all charges yet they were destroyed by the GOP and false reports. You know that right? If I mention ACORN most people here will already have an opinion...albeit wrong. Question for you...if you're such a champion for innocent until proven guilty, where were ya? Where were you when more of our rights were lost under BS stories? These are real instances of voter disenfranchisement. Real ways American citizens are losing their rights to vote. No matter what side you're on...this is BS.

Here's another item about alleged voter registration fraud from Florida, but it doesn't seem to be getting much coverage compared to the stories on the firm that the Republicans had used and fired in Florida. AP Story from the Dubuque Telegraph Herald Fraud complaint filed on Democrats
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Florida officials are reviewing allegations of voter registration fraud against the state Democratic Party.
The Florida Department of State on Friday confirmed that it has forwarded complaints about alleged voter registration fraud against the Democrats and two other groups to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The groups are the Florida New Majority Education Fund and the National Council of La Raza/Democracia USA.
Neither state agency would comment on the extent of the allegations or on how many voter registration forms it involves. That was the entire item. Here's a comparison showing the different level of coverage each story is getting. A Goggle News search for "Strategic Allied Consulting" fraud (the company hired by the GOP in FL) generates 2,870 results A Goggle News search for "Florida New Majority Education Fund" fraud (an organization supporting Democratic voter registration efforts) generated 9 results. A Goggle News search for "La Raza/Democracia" fraud (an organization supporting Democratic voter registration efforts) generated 7 results. Any guesses on why the the differnce between the way the stories are being covered

Ex-Md. Candidate Pleads Guilty in Voting Case TOWSON, Md. (AP) - The state prosecutor says a former Maryland congressional candidate has pleaded guilty to voting in two states during the same general election. State Prosecutor Emmet C. Davitt said Friday that 58-year-old Wendy Rosen pleaded guilty in Baltimore County Circuit Court to voting in Maryland while registered in Florida during the 2006 and 2010 general elections. Davitt says Rosen continued to vote in Maryland after switching her primary residence to a home in Florida in 2004. Davitt says Rosen received a suspended sentence, five years probation, 500 hours of community service and fined $5,000. Prosecutors say Rosen switched her primary residence to Maryland in 2011 before filing to run for Congress in the 1st District. She dropped out in September when Florida officials announced an investigation into voting irregularities. www.wboc.com/story/21561635/ex-md-candidate-pleads-guilty-in-voting-caseDemocratic congressional candidate, The article did say which party

Speaking of voter fraud.. I am beginning to warm up to a ground swell of support for changing party affiliation.. I see and hear a good bit of talk from Maryland Republicans changing registration to Democrat. The notion being they can then vote in the Democrat primary, and vote against the incumbents or Democrats who are anti-gun and pro-socialism. And then, during the General Election they can still vote for their Republican candidate of choice but even if the Republican loses, hopefully a more moderate Democrat will win. Seems to have some merit. ??
