Good suggestion! And we should also include anyone who expects to become a nut case.

Now the media is the problem? Gun laws do work. Here's an interesting read on a country VERY similar to our own. Here are the similarities: Of course the language is English. Both were large lands that were settled primarily by the English. Both were used to exile convicts from England. Both had large numbers of native peoples that were wiped out. Both had a "Wild West' full of cowboy types. Both have sea access. Both have large deserts. Both have democracies. They were allied in both World Wars and during the Viet Nam War. Both are major agricultural countries and export food products. Both have major mining companies. Both have major species of plants and animals unique to their environments. Both are major film producers. Both produce there own popular music. Both have their own slang. Both have "states". Both are mainly Christian. One enacted strict guns laws against strong opposition from a very vocal pro-gun opposition. That "One" has seen a sharp drop in murders and suicides and the majority of that country now support the regulations. Ah, yes. Australia. OK Rednecks, time to shoot this one down with your baseless pro-NRA logic: news.yahoo.com/australias-gun-controls-political-template-u-101053180.html

In verbiage only. Australia has signed all five international treaties that make up the the International Bill of Human Rights.

Hmmmm, anyone care to guess what the US has that Australia doesn't? Racism? Gonna have to disagree on that one. Having been there for an extended period I can truly say that racism is very much alive there. My wife and kids are not the "preferred" color there.
