You guys have been crowing about shopping local.
Sales tax on Internet sales levels the playing field giving the advantage back to the local stores.

Nothing about fair, all about the money. Grab it all while you can.

Internet sales tax should be collected. The no sales tax was just a method to get the ball rolling and get a market started.

Thanks cranky, will get right on this! Due quarterly too... I am going to call the State this morning to see if there is an amnesty period since I am going back at least 10 years to report all of my out of state and internet purchases by quarter so we make sure MD gets their money.
Good to see they have a seperate form for the 9% alcohol tax, will need to report all of my alcohol purchases made at Sam's in Dover. I need to call them about all the cigarettes I bought in DE while I was smoking and request a seperate form for that. How dare these other states not charge a sales tax and MD consumers try to go elsewhere to save between 6 and 9%?! While at it, will request one for fuel for not paying the additional gas tax this summer while fueling in DE.
