We have never had any issues not getting our bills. Normally within the first week of the month our bill arrives and is due the end of the month.
January and February we never received a bill. Had to call last month to find our the balance so we could pay.
Just saw someone else on facebook mention that they have not gotten a bill in the past 2 months as well. Has anyone else had this issue and have you had a response from Delmarva Power? I sent an online inquiry Friday night but I don't expect an answer till Tuesday.

I received both bills, last month's about a third higher because of the extended billing period, and I got this past month's a few days ago, and WAY low ($46) so I'm not confidant that it's correct. The website shows the same amount.

They never miss me, I receive them monthly as usual. They also modified my billing cycle which made the last bill much higher but, like frank, my current bill is extremely low. Why deal with paper bills, I can barely remember how to write a check anymore. Direct deposit, digital debit.

Got in touch with Delmarva power today. Apparently with their computer change over it reverted my bills back to my "mailing address." However the mailing address they had on file was one in Maine. I think that is where the guy I bought my house from 8 years ago moved to.
What a jerk for not paying my bill!

We get no notifications at all anymore. No paper bills, no emails. I just go online once a month to retrieve the latest bill.
