The Verizon Wireless in Chester, MD.Do NOT go here!!! The location in Chester is under new management and it is very unprofessional. I purchased a new phone about a month ago and the man who helped me was none other than the store manager. After I left I received a text from him saying enjoy the new phone. We didn’t really have contact besides that. A few days later a random number starts blowing up my phone texting and calling. I answered one call and a lady started screaming at me calling me every name under the sun. She told me I need to stop screwing her man etc. At this point I was very confused becuase I am not even talking to anyone romantically or sexually. I kept asking her who she was talking about and she eventually told me her man was the manager that sold me my phone. I politely told her she was mistaken and I only bought a phone from him which is his job! This woman said she was going to beat me up, slap me, and said she knew where I worked and was going to come to my job and beat me up. She described her car to me and everything. She actually did pull up to my job however she just stared at me from the parking lot. She then texted me that I will be seeing her around and to watch my back. Whole time I only bought a phone from this guy. Long story short very unprofessional experience my number was passed around like it wasn’t personal information and I was physically threatened just for buying a phone. DO NOT GO TO THE VERIZON IN KENT TOWNE MARKET!!! I haven’t received so much as an apology from either of them.

I would seriously consider calling the sheriff and seeing if a complaint can be taken. The only way to handle people like that is through law enforcement. If you were threatened I would not take it lightly, people are crazy and have to be called out and held accountable. Tell them what happened and see if they can sort it out.

Agree with Bellas. Contact the police to protect yourself should you wake up with your car damaged or a brick threw your front window.

Oh dang. Sounds like you got caught up in some baby momma drama. Those new people need some schooling for sure but that's the new Verizon culture that's going around. Minimum Wage Warfare lol... Sell sell sell but the moment you need help with something -- forget about it -- you would be better off asking the stapler on your desk for help.

I bought my Samsung Galaxy from there last year and it died a few months later. When I took it back they were all of a sudden clueless and wanted me to send the phone to some weird second company. I took it down the road to the other Verizon place next to Capriotti's and the guy there fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me. They gained my business while that other one lost it. I've since purchased another phone and a bunch of accessories too.
