I've got a 25' Maxum Cruiser I'm trying to sell, and was wondering if anyone knew a reasonable broker or had some good information to share with regards to selling. The boat is probably valued at $22 - $24k bluebook, but Mears Point Marina where I have it wants 10% commission with a minimum of $4k to list it. I hear 10% is pretty much standard, but $4k minimum is ridiculous

GBM - I'll take you for a ride in it for $240, that will take care of the fuel

Perhaps your boat could meet an untimely demise. If you know what I mean,,,

EBay, Newspaper, Internet classifieds,
ALL are a LOT cheaper than 10%/$4k min.

We're going to be completely redoing the "Swap & Shop" page (like we just did with the "Employment" pages) to be worlds better than the current list that it is now. It will also be user-submitted and categorized, etc. Just a few bugs to work out still - but for now feel free to use the old one
