Personally I like single family houses over town houses, but that's just me. I used to live in Queen's Landing a few years ago and I wasn't crazy about the thin walls and all of the rules in there. I've heard that the new townhouses going up at Kent Narrows are really nice, but no first hand knowledge. As for single-family, the neighborhood all the way at the end of Dominion Rd (552) is really nice. Big waterview homes that are very pricey - but top notch. You could also go with a gated mansion down by Love Point off Rte 8 - and wave "hello" to Tom Clancy each morning. ;D

Is that Alex Trebek who posted?
I heard Angelina and Brad were in Stevensville looking at houses.
Last Saturday the owner of Love Point told me that Gary Sinse was in there asking where the best places to live were.

I've got some neighbors in the neighborhood who think they are "high end" Narrows Pointe behind Mears Point Marina go for a cool $1.5 million, but just overpriced townhouses with a view.

I think I did see "Shaq" working as a reserve/auxiliary deputy for QA County on "the Island", or was it crabbing out of a john boat on Cox Creek, can't remember for sure
