Ravens Announce Ticket Price Hike OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) The Baltimore Ravens informed season-ticket holders in a letter mailed this week that they are increasing ticket prices, which will go up from $5 to $15 per ticket for the 2009 season. In the letter, the Ravens said they need to raise ticket prices to remain competitive with other NFL teams in terms of player spending. The Ravens, who have increased ticket prices every other year since 2001, said they don't plan to raise ticket prices in 2010. Baker Koppelman, vice president of ticket sales and operations, wrote in the letter than the decision came after much deliberation. Koppelman added that 25 of 32 teams raised prices last year. This marks the Ravens' fifth price increase since opening their stadium in 1998.
