Haven't seen that, but got a response to my ad in the swap 'n shop page that was VERY obviously a scam.

When we get the new classifieds section up and running - it should eliminate the scammers. It's going to be a mini- Ebay thing. You can have people bid on your items, or set a solid price - and buyers can have the option of using Pay-Pal to buy your things. The only downside is that there will be a small charge (I think it's 5%) when you sell an item - but it won't cost to list and you can just build that fee into your price. It will be a big help to me because users will be able to add and edit their own info in real-time, like the news "Employment" page. It will have its own direct link as well - "shorebid.com". It's almost ready - just a few bugs to work out and color scheme problems. You can see what's done so-far at www.shorebid.com - but the colors are messed up, so the look will change.
