Does anyone know the builders in the new gibson's grant community? Also, has anyone heard price ranges yet?

I read an article that said Koch Homes was going to build in there - but they won't confirm or deny.

Koch and Ryland and Bozutto, possibly others. I think.

Does anyone have any idea what type of price range we're looking at here?
I read that it will be a mix between town homes and single family homes.

If I had to make a guess - I'd say townhouses starting around 300K and single-family starting in the 500's. Just a guess...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Thanks Thomas.

I think you should add about $150k to those starting prices. And a hefty association dues.

Not that I would like higher prices but I think you are right. I would guess HOA fees around 100 per month and the home single family at 500K plus. Hope no town homes, with a track builder in the bunch this could be bad.

Wow That's a lot for non water front. But then again the one behind the old outlets just sold for 1.1M. I would rather have Prospect Bay the Cove or Narrows Pointe for that
