I haven't noticed any chages, but I don't go there as much as I used to either. I see that they either own, or are owned by Mezzanote (Sp?) in Severna Park now. That's an excellent Italian restaurant too.

they've done something different with their cheese. does not taste like an approximation of ny pizza any more. no quibble with the rest of their food.

We ate lunch there the other day. In my opinion, the Calzones were not up to the usual par. We ordered the meat calzones, and the meat was hard to find with all the cheese, thought I had ordered the cheese calzone, until I found a pepperoni. Ha! But even so....I still like their food!!! Always a pleasant experience!!

Food has fallen off horribly, just my opinion, but I don't think it's my imagination.

Well, I can tell you...I finally ordered 3 pizzas from them....and for $50 dollars and the honor of having to go and pick it up... i was totally unimpressed. Won't be going back there.

The last time we went to eat there we ended up not being able to get table service. Got held up on the other side of the bridge later than expected one night. We decided to stop by for a late dinner, got there at 9:30 to eat in. Was told only take out after 9:30. Sign on door stated hours for a Thursday open till 10pm. Went home and made grilled cheese sandwiches instead. Have not been back since.

love their pizza--especially plain cheese or w/mushrooms. wonderful ziti and its cousin; their sauce does not bite, like, for example, ledo's. tastes good! lots of other good stuff. we've always been treated well, and are more or less regulars.

I used to love Squisitos.. my favorite dish that was whipped up any time I asked was "Chicken Rose'".. but always was a little expensive.. but have to admit I have not been there for a while.
Mezzanote (Magic Dish) is another favorite.. spend lots of time in the bar.. but, ownership has changed recently.. and as was mentioned above, the owners of Mezzanote also owned Squisitos..
So, don't know, but maybe new owners are changing recipes or cutting costs by changing ingredients??
Next time I am at Mezzanote I will ask..
Best regards, BC

Had a pizza at Squisito's recently. Didn't notice any real difference. Crust was a little thicker, but just a little thicker, that's not really a bad thing, and it might be thinner next time.
It had been a while since the last time we were there, but the prices didn't strike me as significantly different. The cost for our pizza was right in line with SG's $50/3 experience.
I will definitely consider going back if I'm on that side of the island but it's a little far for carryout.
