Purchased a Tom Tom G.P.S. for my car, and it works great. I find it makes a long drive to a new destination more relaxing. No fumbling with maps, hand written directions, or the need to stop for directions. Best $250.00 I spent in a long time.

Are you kidding? GPS, a map, directions? What are you doing with all these items, trying to make the rest of the male population look bad? Just get in your car and drive man, you'll eventually get to where you want to go and have a lot more fun along the way!

Real men don't ask for directions, nor do we need them. We'll get to where we're going eventually. In the meantime, enjoy the scenic route!! :-)

Posted by kl on Today at 11:04am Real men don't ask for directions, nor do we need them. We'll get to where we're going eventually. In the meantime, enjoy the scenic route!! General Patton's army would have loved to have a G.P.S. in their tanks, as do our troops today. Not real men?.........A British tourist with his wife, and kids were shot in L.A. by gang members. The family was lost, and stopped for directions after making a wrong turn.

It's official, Pete has absolutely no sense of humour left. :-(

Ki........Humor, like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The immature laugh at the handicapped. When some guy gets hit in the groin on the Worlds Funniest Videos T.V. show, everyone laughs at his misfortune. However, it's never funny to the brunt of the joke.

Pete, I don't think you or anyone is the brunt of the joke. It's called observational humor.....you know, generally most guys don't ask directions, so its just kind of a lighthearted thing.
You blow things way out of proportion and now think that you personally are the brunt of a joke. Unbelievable. i am sorry I ever said anything!

There's just no satisfying this guy sky. Think with all of his troubles, and and whatnot, he's forgotten to relax, and enjoy what this world has to offer. :-(

I asked my husband one day if I could get a GPS for my truck. He replied I already had one... a Map!!!
Oh well...so far it has been accurate, only my deciphering abilities have caused a couple of oops, darn, and shoot I missed the turn......

I have to agree on this one, they are pretty handy. Someday they will help stop people from weaving all over the road and holding up traffic so they dont make the "tragic", "irreversible" decision of making a wrong turn The new ones even can show you where parking lots are, so, your vehicle doesnt get towed or windshield broken.
