This is awesome! many people complain about him but once you get to know him - yea he's tough on the boys, but i look at some of the things he's teaching them... teamwork (something that isn't taught very well nowadays), unity, never giving up, don't get overconfident, and DO YOUR JOB and let the results speak for themselves...

And if you get to know him, he's actually quite a nice guy - I've seen him flip & seen him compassionate...

This is a well deserved honor for him and his team!
