What is everyone's opinion on whether or not Kent Island should have a Cracker Barrel Restaurant? Would you support the approval of one or not?

I like Cracker Barrel when I travel, I don't know if I'd like it here or not. It might take some of the novelty off for me.
Keep it CLOSE to the highway.
I don't think I've seen a cracker barrel NOT next to an interstate highway.

Yay, another place with 17 year old cooks that spit in the food. Hell no, we don't need another low rent cisco supplied place. We might as well get a Fuddrucker's then. Actually that would be better tha Cracker "Shoney's" Barrell anyday!

I guess the location matters. I heard that the Cracker Barrel location will be near the trailers off of Thompson Creek Road and Rt 50 or maybe replace the trailer area all together. I think the area is being surveyed. Has anyone heard about this.

I know that that is the spot that they have been looking at. I had heard that they dumped the idea because of the length of the leases the trailers have, but then I was talking to someone a few days ago that knew it was still being considered.

I recall the County Commissioners denying the sewer permit for Cracker Barrel two or so years ago. I also recall the public sentiment siding against any evil chain restaurant. I just think it would be nice to be able to order from a breakfast menu anytime without having to drive 30 minutes.

Wouldnt mind a Cracker Barrel up at the outlets. Not to far to drive and it keeps that kind of stuff clustered away from ambiance of the water.
