I finally perfected my hummus recipe, with help from an unnamed source. Here it is: 15 oz/1 can chick peas (Drain the water into a cup) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup tahini Salt, garlic to taste Approx. 3 tbsp chick pea water (from the can) Blend until smooth. Drizzle with olive oil on top and paprika to garnish. I also like putting parsley on top. Enjoy!

I really like Hummus...took me a minute to get used to the texture...but its great on crackers...and low fat Barb

Tahini is sesame sauce. You can buy it at the Lebanese Taverna in Annapolis.

Probably not. Tahini is very thick, like peanut butter.
