ARF is having training classes for pups of all ages. I have been told that their classes are the best in the area, and they are very successful. We're taking our 7 month old in March, and I just wanted to pass along the information. The volunteers there are such wonderful people who love their animals so much, people with very big hearts. arfusa.org/train.html-CG

arfusa.org/animals.htmlThere are more new animals that are looking to be adopted. If we didn't already have 3 dogs and a turtle dove, I'd love to bring home Fred and Mo. Check them out if you have time for a puppy. However they have so many love able cats and dogs looking for a family. -CG

From ARF: Calendars are here and are on sale and they are beautiful! Donna Cox did a fabulous job designing it. Calendars are $10.00 and are available at ARF’s Adoption Center, Kent Island’s Yarn Boutique and Bev’s Grooming. If you would like us to send you one please call 410-643-8700 or you can email info@arfusa.org. You can pay with check, via credit card or on our website www.arfusa.org with PayPal. Let us know if you would like to help ARF sell calendars. You will even have a chance to win a prize. We will have a prize for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd person that sells the most calendars. Most importantly remember each calendar that is sold goes to ARF’s spay and neuter program. The Kent Island Yarn Boutique Celebration is Saturday, Nov. 14th from 10 am to 5 pm. There will be a special benefit raffle featured for ARF. Some dogs/puppies and kittens for be on site looking for their forever homes. Hope to see everyone there. If you would like to volunteer give us a call. ARF’s 2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar is on December 5th and 6th. This year it will be held in room 7 and 8. We will need volunteers for the days of the event and also will need baked goods for refreshments and for the cake wheel. I hope everyone has a great day.
