How about the old dutch barn (windmill) restaurant on rt. 50. Parents took all us kids to OC every summer in the 60's for vacation. Always stopped there for breakfast on the way.

I know that had something huge inside...... Barb -- you are soooooo right about those apple fritters and, bchevy, the bread/roll cart.....hmmmmmmmmmmm to die for. I cannot.....can not remember Ginos....or Roy Rogers......... OK -- here's one -- Marmadukes! And did you go upstairs and join in the theatrical song sing-a-longs!
And what the heck was the name of that place -- Pier 7 -- but it was something else (in Edgewater) on the water. And was it Mario's (?) on Ritchie Highway?
Wow -- this almost hurts!

And I gar-ron-tee Terplady will know!!! ;D
How about this place that I can't think of the name -- I think it was off King George Street in Annapolis -- or maybe just inside the Naval Academy. I remember you walked down, it was dark and noisy and fun and alive. Had banjo players (or fiddlers?), played jazz and sold green beer? St. Paddy's Day was a hoot!
