[glow=green,2,300]1 package of Nilla Wafers 2 Tubs of COOL Whip 1 package of chocolate instant pudding 1 package of banana cream instant pudding 4 cups of milk 2 bananas (optional) 1/2 cup strong coffee 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
In a round glass bowl, (about 4 qt size (pretty big, but not too big...)
fill the bottom with nilla wafers, placing them side by side to cover bottom of bowl....
pour 1/3 of the coffee over the nilla wafers
add chocolate pudding (make it following the directions on the box and then pour it over the wafers).
Take a hand ful of nilla wafers and place them in a circle around the bowl. (pudding keeps them in place. )
Slice 1 banana in drop into pudding.
Cover with Cool whip (pretend your icing a cake)
Take another handful of nilla wafers and place them on top of the cool whip (much in the manner you did the bottom)
Drizzle 1/3 cup of coffee over the wafers...
Add the banana pudding (again, make it per directions on box, then add it)
Another handful of nilla wafers to go around the side of the bowl
Slice the second Banana and add to the mixture
Cover with Cool Whip and you can either cover the entire top again with nilla wafers or make some snazzy design and then sprinkle pecans on top and drizzle the remaining 1/3 of coffee across the top..
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Decadent, Fattening, Yummy....................[/glow]
