The only think I'm finding is in a fantasy football site - paragraph mentioning it and that they expect him to be hospitalized overnight (well, duh) but only thought to be a stinger or neck sprain. Don't know how accurate but the only thing I could find, and it was from last night. www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/player_previousnews.aspx?sport=NFL&leaguenum=&id=2265Realistically, I would think we won't see/hear anything for a little while; they'll keep this close to their chests until they know for sure what's up. Just hoping and praying that he'll be ok. That was very scary.

Willis McGahee Injury Update After he was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital Sunday night, the Ravens released a statement on McGahee's neck injury. by BaltimoreRavens.com Jan 19, 2009, 1:54PM Font Size: The Ravens suffered a scare last night when running back Willis McGahee was carted off the field late in Baltimore’s 23-14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers after absorbing a helmet-to-helmet blow from safety Ryan Clark.
McGahee’s head snapped back as he hit the turf, and he laid motionless for several minutes.
The six-year veteran had just hauled in a short pass from quarterback Joe Flacco and was turning upfield when Clark launched into him with his helmet and shoulder.
McGahee was immobilized and strapped to a stretcher. He was then taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for further tests and was held overnight.
Ravens senior vice president of public and community relations Kevin Byrne offered this statement:
“Ravens running back Willis McGahee was released from UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh early this morning and returned immediately to Baltimore. He is resting at his home today. It is expected that Willis will have a complete recovery from the head and neck injuries he suffered last night.”
