1.5 year old female cat, she is spayed. As some know, we have a few animals in this house, she is good with all of them, but more of a hassle. She runs out the back door as soon as it is opened, and my dad being handicapped, she gets out all the time.
She won't eat, drink or go to the bathroom when outside, she just lays in the yard and runs when you try to get her. Tiff.. I think it was from that 17 hour car right from Tennessee, she is a bit retarded.
She is a Tan/White/Orangish short haired calico. Just can't deal with her anymore. Not going to drop her off at Animal Control, cause I don't want her destroyed, just not here.
Thanks

Have you contacted the local feline rescues, like Chesapeake Cats and Dogs?

Sadly it is kitten season, and the local shelters are packed with cats and kittens. Cats are prowlers. Does your cat have her claws still? If so, you can install a cat/doggie door. So your cat can go in and out. She will come in when she want's to eat.

Mike, I had that same problem with one of my cats! Finally I said.... okie doke Mr. Kitty you wanna play this game.... I left him outside. When he was hungry enough he came inside. Now after many years later he still goes outside from time to time, but always comes back. So don't play her game! When she is ready she will come back in!!! She will also learn the comings and goings of her masters so if she gets out during the day, most likely she will be waiting for you when you get home!!
