Is Ms Mainville an employee who was wrongfully terminated after revealing bad actions by her employer? Or, is Ms. Mainville a disgruntled ex-employee who decided to fire back at the company after they terminated her employment?
Is it possible that through recent lawsuits against them the company was recently made aware of some bad activities that had been going on? Is it possible that the company is now in the process of investigating these bad activities and is now finding that the people involved include more than just the Mgmt folks that recently fired people?
Does the passage of 10 months make theft or forgery OK? Should the law provide get-out-of-jail-free cards for any medical condition or only those requiring transplants or only those affecting children?
Ms. Mainville accused the company of wrongdoing and now the company and the State are accusing Ms. Mainville of wrongdoing. We know no facts in this case; perhaps it would be best to let the courts figure it out.

shoregurrl.........Does the prosecutor at the corrupt States Attorneys Office have anything in common with the Golden Arches? Is our public servant intimidated by the millionaire involved, or is he waiting for some change to fall. I have been following this Stacy Bernstein case, and sooner or later the S _ _ t will hit the fan. Stand your ground girl.

Thanks, Pete! We appreciate your encouragement and that you aren't afraid to stand up for injustices when most others simply look the other way. What is really sad is that most ordinary citizens have no idea that they too could be in this same situation, and until they find themselves in it they will not care about it being done to others.
Your investigative skills are dead on yet again. The corrupt prosecutor does indeed have something in common with the Golden Arches. He also has something in common with the lead investigator (if you want to call what is being done an "investigation") too, just like a bad Penny.....

Queen Anne county is a corrupt county, with a corrupt civil system.

Yes, and what you have been through kl is just another example of how corrupt the system is.
