It either all makes sense because it is a genuiely well-thought-out and logical plan, or it all makes sense because it was crafted to sound that way. I won't decide at least until I've heard a similarly planned and rehearsed speech from the opposing view, and maybe not even then.
I'm not opposed to a change as long as I'm not negatively affected (longer lines, longer wait to make appointments, higher premiums, higher taxes). The status quo is working for me.

Much of what he says sounds good and seems to make sense because he's reading from his telepromter, not from the House bills. They are not nearly as cut & dried as he makes them sound. Whle what he says sounds great, what we need to be concerned with is what's actually put down (or not put down) in writing in those bills, not his speeches.
