Can anyone recommend a good jeweler in the area? My engagement ring is an antique Tiffany & Co ring that belonged to my grandmother. It's got a spectacular diamond in it. However, her ring size was 2 sizes bigger than mine and I'm thinking of either getting it sized or getting two beads of platinum added to the band for a better fit. I've been using a silicone ring guard solution but have to refresh it every few months or so and would prefer something a little more permanent. I'd like to find someone honest and trustworthy that also does a great job. Don't want to take a chance that someone would switch out the diamond for a less inferior one.
Thanks in advance!

I've had good experiences with the guys at TnT jewelers near Lisa's. They have done work for me for free in the past and are always nice. They also have plenty of gorgeous diamonds, so I doubt yours would be in jeopardy.

I can also speak highly of the guys at TNT. They really got slammed when Bay Country Jewelers closed, but still managed to size my engagement ring and do an appraisal in less than 24 hours.

Paula's Fine Jewelry has a highly skilled professional goldsmith on staff. He has 20 plus years of experience. We do all our repair work on the premises, and we'd be happy to help you with the sizing of your ring. If you would like, we can schedule an appointment and the ring can be sized while you wait. I have a graduate degree from the Gemological Institute of America in Diamonds and previously worked with my family at Bay Country Jewelry.
Please let us know if we can be of assistance.
