Deputy States Att. John McDonald will stand trial in Easton 10/5/09 at 8:45am. This seat belt enforcer was caught driving 22 miles over the posted speed limit by M.S.P.Trooper Bath. Trooper Bath displays courage in a corrupt system.

Pete -you already posted basically the same thing on August 31st:
GOOD JOB MD. STATE TROOPER BATH « Result #33 on Aug 31, 2009, 10:09pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q.A.Co. Assistant States Attorney John Mark McDonald was ticketed for driving 77mph in a 55mph zone in Easton on Rt#50. McDonald has no trouble prosecuting dangerous seat belt violators. Apparently 22mph over the posted speed limit is not as dangerous in his mind.......GOOD JOB TROOPER BATH. Lets hope the Judge has the ba _ _s this Trooper displayed. Trial date is 10/07/09.
Why didn't you just update your post on that thread. Anything to open a new can of worms.
Who really cares - Trooper Bath pulled him over for speeding which is his job to do and cited him for either speeding, reckless driving or something similiar. Happens many times a day throughout the state. Nice to know Trooper Bath was doing the job expected of him - ba_ _ s any bigger, not necessarily.
By the way, cited for speeding has nothing to do with the seatbelt law -just thought you'd want to know.

Shadow1......The trial date was moved up two days, and I want McDonald's victims to be aware of the new date. " Don't do as I do, do as I say, I'm the long long arm of the law"

Who, victims he prosecuted for going 22 mph over the speed limit? Those victims, if you will, could just as well have read your post if attached to your original thread. Your ulterior motives are well known to those on this forum. Did McDonald write legislation to have the seatbelt law enacted? If not, than why the reference? His job is to enforce the laws as written - you get pulled over with no seatbelt on, you get cited. No, I believe there is something deeper between you and Mr. McDonald - come on Pete, spit it out! Have a wonderful day, do the speed limit, and wear your seat belt - it could save your life. Wow, I was just smited in this thread

This is a sad day. Someone snapped a pic of McDonald as he is being taken away.

i should have edited the quote. not my statement. i was agreeing with the notion that it should have remained on the original thread. things are getting way too cluttered here. if there is interest in the topic--any topic--the original posting should be sufficient. if the atty. was breaking the law, and the officer was doing his job, 'nuff said. i know nothing about you and mcdonald. however, a speeding ticket does not have anything to do with seat belts.

Frank - great pic - is that actually Carrot Top or McDonald. I may have been mistaken. I think this is his brother Ron. He was arrested for a seat belt violation.

Shadow1...."Wow, I was smited again on this thread - Pete are you upset with me?".......No, but I am upset with the legal system in our county. However, States Att. Lance Richardson may have the courage to correct a lot of wrongs.

Whole lot of cosmetic surgery and 'roids? Normally, I'd have a lot remarks about this, but it looks like he could show up at my house and kick my a$$! I guess comedy didn't work out for him? Or maybe it does; "Heckle me now"

shadow1........You are correct. So the question is. Why are they bringing in the outside judge? One answer is, if they softball the case it won't look as suspicious to the general public. Another tactic would be to not notify the Trooper of the trial date change. No cop = a not guilty verdict.......22mph over the posted speed limit by a sober Deputy States Att. can not be justified. Especially when the working man is found guilty for a lot less than 22mph over the limit.
