Wow, thanks for welcoming me to the "real world." I had no idea that Queen Anne's County was representative of the "real world" and that cyber know-it-alls were representative of the population there. Personally I find that a bit of a turn-off, so I guess it's a good thing for me that I don't live there. Anyway, I am indeed a real person and I'm not part of any camp or side. I came online to post about a legal issue, not take anyone's side. It would not have mattered to me who the defendant was - my interest was solely in the ethical and legal actions of the prosecutor. However, some of the attitudes on this forum have further piqued my interest and I have put in a call to some local media sources where the law school has connections. The only response I received so far was from the Baltimore Sun, who has committed to having a reporter at the trial on November 19th that the prosecutor invited everyone to. We are interested in seeing this prosecutor in action, so myself and a few others from class also plan on attending. Thank you all again for the warm welcome to the "real world!" -RM Yep - Welcome to the real world where a lot of us are not as stupid as you think. Some of us have posted honest and respectful opinions on this thread. Some of us also have a "real world" idea that you are the same person as shoregurrl and justme1960. Go ahead and play your games - see how far it gets you in this real world!

And you know what? In the real world there is something called the internet and a telephone A quick search (using both) and anyone can tell you the following: THE UNIVERSITY OF BALTIMORE SCHOOL OF LAW IS NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING AN ETHICS CLASS... There's your real world people.

It's listed under Professional Responsibility on their website. I might be wrong, but i didn't see where rmirkens actually said the title was "Ethics." I found this using the internet. I did not pick up the telephone, so I can't guarantee the information is 100% accurate, but the time/date stamp on the linked pdf document seems to be legit. That being said, I have to add that I'm thoroughly enjoying this thread! law.ubalt.edu/template.cfm?page=34Professional Responsibility LAW 652 also Professional Responsibility (LLMUS) LAWG 652 3 credits Study of the ethics and law of lawyering, approaching attorney problems from multiple perspectives. Topics will include: professionalism, the organization of the bar, attorney discipline and disability, the delivery of legal services, the attorney client relationship, the duties of loyalty and confidentiality, fees, and various issues, including conflict of interest and substance abuse. www.ubalt.edu/downloads/courseschedule/pdf/UBSR201B.pdfpage 9 of document shows active class with number of students enrolled. Have a great day!!

Some of us also have a "real world" idea that you are the same person as shoregurrl and justme1960. Nope, I am justme. I had just stopped posting on this thread because I didn't have anything else to add, but I guess you do not find that to be acceptable. I do appreciate you not accusing and convicting me of also being every other screen name on this thread who had an opinion that differed from your's. Goobastank - excellent use of the internet tool.

rmirkens............Please don't judge everyone on KIO by a few uninformed wimps who hide their true identity while they spew their childish behavior from a safe distance.......As a reporter for Less Kensolving WBAL 680am I can assure you that I will be in the court room along with the Sun reporter....Pete Richter 410-643-0286......."Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" M.L.K.

I wouldn't wipe my dogs butt with the Baltimore Sun. None of those professors live on the eastern shore. There is a James J Kelly Jr on the eastern shore but he is decades older than the professor that teaches in Baltimore.

I have my own opinions as to who is who on this forum, but I like to keep them to myself and watch as people trip themselves up... Pete - well, I can only say that I can't wait to see what you do and say if things don't go your way on this. I'm sure the case will be filled with lies, lying witnesses, tampered evidence and a soon to be corrupt judge... On this issue we are not "friends" and we do not agree. Let's see how Lady Justice decides.

"Pete - well, I can only say that I can't wait to see what you do and say if things don't go your way on this. Water Lady..........Were you lying when you stated you were never going to respond anymore of my posts?.......I posted this thread to expose the double standard of Justice in our corrupt judicial system. It's not a coincidence that I predicted the out come of Deputy States Attorney John Mark McDonald's trial. What shocked me was the arrogance displayed by this sworn officer of the court by what he posted in retaliation. Not only did he disgrace his office, but he also cost his boss Lance Richardson more votes. With over 3,000 views on this thread, over 50,000 tuned in talk show listeners, and several complaints on Chief Bell's desk, I think admitted law breaker Deputy States Attorney John Mark McDonald realizes that the shoe is on the other foot......This country belongs to the people. Period!

could have been some of those multiple identities that got removed, wasn't by me. And remember, the poster can delete their own post, I think.

I think the poster can only delete their posts while they are an active registered member. Once they revert to Guest status, Rich or a moderator would need to make the deletion.
